Dipankar Mukherjee is a very sensitive musician who is now ready to come before the music lovers with his offerings that he carefully prepared after many years of intensive involvement and serious riyaz. Currently he is learning the art of advanced music making and creative expressions under the sitar maestro, Prof. Sanjoy Bandopadhyay.

Dipankar is an MA in Music from the Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata, India.  Earlier he had graduated in Mechanical Engineering under the AMIE program.

He proposes to work for the ‘Music Instrumentation’ project at the Department of Instrumental Music, Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata that is running in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, soon after he finishes his graduate studies at the same department.

Dipankar proposes to devote his life in music. He wants to feel the power and beauty, the depth and expanse; a humble effort to feel the Creator--
